The taste

What root beer vodka actually tastes like.

Zyra Root Beer Rush is infused with real sarsaparilla, the root behind classic root beer, so it lands as nostalgic rather than artificial. Expect creamy vanilla and sarsaparilla, smooth and not too sweet, with a clean finish.

Nose
Sarsaparilla and warm vanilla, the smell of a soda fountain.
Palate
Creamy and rounded, gently spiced, never syrupy or candied.
Finish
Clean and smooth. It drinks like a craft vodka, not a liqueur.

How to drink it

Pour it your way.

Root beer vodka mixes easy. Pour it over ice, lengthen it with soda or cola, or build one of the two cocktails below.

  • Over ice

Two ounces over one big cube. Sarsaparilla and creamy vanilla, nothing in the way.

  • With soda

Top with chilled soda water and a squeeze of lime. Long, light, and easy on a warm night.

  • With cola

Build over ice and top with cola for an easy nod to the classic root beer float.
